This 90 minute class is an elegant series of poses and breathing exercises always done in the same order. This class offers increased mental, physical, and emotional strength and flexibility. The benefits are many, including mental clarity, stress relief, and disease prevention. The Dragonfly Fire postures are accessible to almost everyone, which makes it a great beginner class.
Though there are specific water breaks, please know that you can always take a break and drink water when you need to. There is no music in Fire class.
